Adam Hatfield

Adam Hatfield is the Director of Enrollment Management at Riverstone International School in Boise, Idaho, where he leads admissions, family outreach, and enrollment strategy. He holds a BA in Secondary Education from Florida Gulf Coast University and an MEd in Independent School Leadership from George Mason University.

Adam's teaching career took him from Florida to Silicon Valley to Boise across various secondary and elementary classrooms before settling into Kindergarten, where he found the work he was looking for and spent the better part of a decade. Working closely with young learners drew him naturally toward admissions and the work of helping families enter a new school community with intention and care.

Adam is passionate about equity in independent school admissions, teacher development, community development, and innovative program design. He is particularly interested in the emerging field of educational neuroscience and what it can offer educators working in early literacy and numeracy.

Adam and his wife live in Boise, Idaho.
